Referrals can be made online on this website. Once I’ve reviewed your referral, I’ll contact you and your patient to arrange for an initial consultation.
Based on that consultation, I’ll create a treatment plan designed to meet the needs of the patient. Once the patient has completed treatment with me, I’ll sign them off and refer them back to you.
